I purchased an extended warranty for $900. For the time I had my car, I have spent $300 in deductibles for 3 different instances repairs were required.

1) Two engine motor mounts – $750
2) Inner CV Joints – $950
3) Last motor mount and a new/reman transmission – $4700
Total – $6400 – $300 in deductibles = $6100 saved.

I realize its a bet you won’t need it, but my extended warranty paid off in spades.
