Dr. Pepper promised last March to give away a free 20 ounce Dr. Pepper if the band, Guns N’ Roses releases a new album by the end of the year. And, now the Texas soda maker is making good on its promise. “Chinese Democracy,” the infamously delayed and long awaited CD from the band first began recording in 1994. Now the CD finally goes on sale Sunday.
Beginning Sunday at 12:01 a.m., coupons for a free 20-ounce soda will be available for 24 hours on Dr Pepper’s Web site. The coupon will be honored until Feb. 28.
