I love Twitter! There is so much great information out there. As I hope most of you know, I absolutely hate knowing what someone ate for breakfast or who is skipping work to sleep in hoping their boss won’t catch them. And, believe it or not, there are a lot of great bloggers out there who are Tweeting some very interesting ideas, articles, stats, etc. that you won’t see on their blogs.
So, below is a list of my favorite personal finance bloggers who also Tweet. I check what these guys are saying everyday. If you’re on Twitter, I highly recommend you check them out.
@BudgetsAreSexy – If you are a regular reader of Own The Dollar, you know that J Money is the one of the best and funniest personal finance bloggers around. He runs the blog BudgetsAreSexy.
@CashMoneyLife – Patrick is a great money blogger that writes about money and saving tips on his blog CashMoneyLife and also about money issue with members of the military on the Military Finance Network.
@bargainr – An excellent blog that covers all types of money and finance topics on Bargainneering. Don’t miss the videos on the site either!
@FiscalFizzle – A great money blog covering all personal finance topics such as saving, investing, spending less, debt management, the recession and more on Fiscal Fizzle.
@moolanomy – Personal finance blog about money management, wealth building, and investing. Moolanomy
@fcn – I never miss tuning into FiveCentNickel who is one of the most followed personal finance bloggers around. You cannot go wrong checking out what Nickel says!
@Matt_SF – Matt discusses money and investing and delves into current events, macroeconomics, and other things on Steadfast Finances.

@SpendOnLife – SpendOnLife strives to help you live better through credit and identity theft education.
@MyLifeROI – MLR encourages people to adapt responsible and sensible personal finance rules on MyLifeROI.
Other Twitters you should not miss….
@garyvee – Gary Vaynerchuk inspires me every time I hear him speak. He is amazing! And, now he’s written a book, “Crush It!: Why NOW Is the Time to Cash In on Your Passion“. Amazing! You must check him out and follow him.
@AskJune_USAA – June Walbert is a Certified Financial Planner who works for one of the greatest banks and financial behemoths in the world, USAA. While she’s not a blogger, she puts out some great insightful Tweets that you shouldn’t miss no matter who you bank with.
@jodiecongirl – Jodie is an economist but don’t hold that against her. She explains some incrediblely hard econ topics so we all can understand them on her blog, Economists Do It With Models. And, her videos are great too for anyone who wants to hear about economics in plain English.
@tipd – Tip’d is the social bookmarking site, similar to StumbleUpon, for the financial community. If you want to hear what the money bloggers are talking about or get some great ideas on investing, finance, etc. Tip’d is the website and Twitter place to go.
@robgarciasj – Rob tweets and blogs about peer to peer lending, microfinance, social lending, and financial innovations going on, particularly about Lending Club, the leading peer to peer lending service, where investors are earning an average of over 9% return on their money. You can get Personal Loans at rates as low as 7.89% on Lending Club and borrow up to $25,000.
You should definitely check out these guys and gals on Twitter and on their blogs as well. Their postings and tweets are the first thing I check each and every morning and the last thing I check before bed….and a lot in the middle too, but don’t tell my boss!
