Own The Dollar – Guest Post Guidelines
Occasionally, I get asked about guest posts here. So, I wanted to take a quick minute to write about it. I do accept guest posts here on Own The Dollar. Below, you will find all the details about the process.
What kind of content do you accept? Anything that is useful for the blog’s readers is good content for a guest post here. It can be related to investing, personal finance in general, and it can also come from your own personal experiences. There is no minimum length for your post, but usually the best guest posts are over 500 words.
Guidelines
- Your post must be original and must have never been published before on the Internet
- You agree to not publish the post anywhere else for ninety days (i.e., in your own blog or as a guest post in other blogs)
- You can include up to two links in your byline back to your blog or Twitter page which will be shown in header and footer of the blog post
- I reserve the right to edit the post if needed
How do I submit my guest post? If you have a post that meets the guidelines above, you can send it to me on the email blog (at) ownthedollar.com. Usually within 48 hours I will reply stating if I can use the guest post or not. If I reject your post, you are obviously free to use it on your own blog or to propose it as a guest post to some other website.
